COVID 19 UPDATES
As things continue to change throughout this unprecedented time, please refer back to this page for our most recent updates in relation to Covid-19 restrictions.
As of September 22nd, 2021 our restrictions are as follows:
Upon entry of our store all visitors must wear a mask in the proper manner. Our store does not require any proof of vaccination to shop.
Lunch Room - Take out options
Our hostess will be happy to take your order and you do not require any proof of vaccination, but must have your mask on in a proper manner.
Lunch Room - Dining-In option
As of September 22nd, Ontarians will need to be double vaccinated. They will need to provide their proof of double vaccination, along with photo ID which must reflect 14 days after 2nd dose, and wear their mask to access certain public settings and facilities. This includes our "Country Lunch Box” and our “Country Christmas Traditional Afternoon Tea”. This is a provincial government mandated law and not a policy of The Country Christmas Store. The Country Christmas Store is legally bound to follow the guidelines requested by the Chief Medical Officer and the Provincial Government.
We understand that this a difficult time for all and would appreciate you being prepared and ready to wear your mask upon entry to the store, and provide proof of double vaccination upon entry to our Lunch Room. We do not want to turn any of our guests away at the door or the indoor seating area as that would be an unpleasant experience for all.
This pandemic continues to impact all of us in many ways; please know we are all trying the best we can. We understand that many sit on different sides of this issue in relation to the rules and policies surrounding vaccinations, we do not judge which side our guests/visitors are on and we ask that you give us the same courtesy.
Please note that The Country Christmas Store can only operate within the government guidelines and policies that are in place for us to provide you with a safe indoor dining experience.
We are ready to welcome you and appreciate your ongoing patience, support and kindness in a world where things are uncertain.
